Our Skylight development represents a major milestone in Madrid's Sanchinarro district. By strategically positioning the building street-side, we've created a valuable urban lung concept with an enclosed green space at the rear, beautifully framed by an existing retaining wall that adds historical texture to the scheme.
The building's core features include two 120m² skylights that work in harmony with the 100m glass façade and 2.8m high ceilings to maximise natural light penetration. We've designed seven column-free floors, each offering nearly 4,000m² of highly flexible space that can be subdivided four ways, achieving an optimal 1:7 occupancy ratio.
What sets Skylight apart is its exceptional 10,000m² of outdoor space, including roof gardens, exterior meeting pods, and a 2,500m² private garden. The progressive environmental strategy targets LEED Platinum certification, while smart building features a
