Malaga City Council, through the Municipal Urban Planning Department, is responsible for the drafting of the municipality's general planning, its modification and revision, urban management and urban infrastructure works in the municipality.
The future Auditorio de la Música, a strategic and priority project for Malaga, a fundamental element for the cultural, social and economic development of the city and for which joint financing is planned by the State, the Andalusian Regional Government, the City Council and the Provincial Council of Malaga, as well as private entities. This Auditorium will be located on the seafront, next to the future Marina de San Andrés, where a marina will be created, and the purchase of the plot where it will be located has already been formalised.
